1. Auctioneers you follow come first. (Following is on the way — until then this rule is empty and ordering falls to rule 2.)
2. Remaining streams are ordered by their start time. That is all.

Viewer counts, heat, popularity or payments do NOT affect ordering. If a stream is ever promoted, it is always clearly labeled.
