Community Rules

MEZAT is a live saloon: rules protect both the gravity of the gavel and the joy of the room. Enforcement is transparent — every moderation action is logged with a reason code.

Talking in the room

Insults, harassment, hate speech and spam are banned. Personal data (phone, IBAN) is auto-masked — offering off-platform payment is banned and grounds for permanent action. A chat lock never touches bidding: muted users can still bid.

Items and selling

Counterfeits, banned categories (weapons, medicine, live animals, tobacco/alcohol etc.) and unlawful sales are strictly banned. Cultural artifacts and conditional (18+) categories require declaration and review. Misleading sales language ("bargain/guaranteed/last chance") is not used on this platform — auctioneers are bound by these rules too.

Enforcement

Ladder: warning → message removal → mute (60s) → removal from room → account suspension. Every action carries a reason code (TK); appeals go through support. Moderation is a human decision — automation only queues, never decides.

These rules are living; material changes are announced before broadcast. Effective: 2026.
